PsyWrn Simone is a Versatile Creative Powerhouse from Indianapolis, IN. A 2021 “Art & Soul Featured Artist” through the Indy Arts Council, Simone boasts performances with the Metropolitan Youth Orchestra, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, and Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra.
She has graced some of Indy's most celebrated stages including but not limited to: the Payne & Mencias Palladium, Madam Walker Legacy Center, The Jazz Kitchen, Vogue Theatre, Taggart Memorial Amphitheater, BUTTER Fine Art Fair, The Cabaret, Indiana State Museum, Fonseca Theatre Company, Phoenix Theatre Cultural Centre, and Indiana Repertory Theatre, as well as other regional and national venues.
Educator
Teaching artistry is part of her practice, using performance and dialogue to build understanding and deeper engagement.
Advocate
Her intersectional work centers marginalized perspectives and functions as a critical cultural audit through history, art, and activism.
